Inkwell is an AI-powered content generation service that produces SEO-optimized articles, blog posts, and related content based on business briefs you provide. We offer subscription plans at various tiers ($299/mo, $599/mo, and $1,999/mo) with different content volume and feature levels.
By subscribing to Inkwell, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your subscription.
Inkwell offers monthly subscription plans. Current pricing is listed on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and renews automatically each month on the same day. Payment is processed through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend your service until payment is successfully processed. We'll notify you before any suspension takes effect.
Content generated by Inkwell for your business is yours to use. Upon payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, publish, and distribute all content created under your subscription for any lawful purpose.
You retain ownership of all information you provide through briefs (business name, industry details, keywords, etc.). By submitting a brief, you grant Inkwell a limited license to use this information solely for the purpose of generating content for you.
Inkwell retains ownership of its platform, technology, algorithms, and any proprietary methods used to generate content. We may use anonymized, aggregated data about content performance to improve our service.
You agree not to use Inkwell to:
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Inkwell may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
All content produced by Inkwell is generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or require editing. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold Inkwell harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of generated content, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Inkwell if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the service or other users. In the event of termination for cause, no refund of the current billing period will be issued.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
