We want you to be confident in choosing Inkwell. Here's exactly how refunds and cancellations work.
The short version: Cancel anytime, no questions asked. If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you get a full refund. After that, cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days of their initial subscription. If Inkwell isn't the right fit, email us within 7 days and we'll process your refund in full, no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to your first subscription period only. It does not apply to renewals or plan upgrades.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens:
After the initial 7-day period, we generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

When you upgrade to a higher plan, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your current billing period. The new plan features take effect immediately.
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. You retain your current plan's features through the end of the current period.
